    As part of HR Ambitions Day organised by CIPD South London Branch, Alistair delivered CV advice to HR professionals starting out on their HR career. Alistair gave clients Top Tips on how they could improve their Curriculum Vitaes to prospective employers. Areas for improvement included; layout, use of white space and making sure they can quantify their achievements.

    A recent online survey, conducted in November 2017, by Investors in People asked 1000 employed people how they felt about their work and nearly 50% said they were unhappy. Although high, these figures are an improvement on previous year’s findings.

    This new report, published with support from LifeSkills, created with Barclays, sets out findings from the survey of 1,744 young British adults aged 19-24. The survey undertaken on behalf of Education and Employers Research working with Prue Huddleston (Professor Emeritus University of Warwick) by YouGov investigates experience of respondents as they engage in transitions which take them from education towards the working world.

This report published on 3rd November 2016 reports findings from the Higher Education Statistics Agency’s Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey (DLHE) and compiled by Prospects and the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services. This report indicates the employment prospects for graduates is improving.
